Owain Bancroft (founder) established Bancs in 2020. Owain was born and raised on the Gower Peninsular, deeply rooted in the local community. His father, a cabinet maker and antiques restorer, proudly influenced Owain’s lifelong passion for craftsmanship. Owain went straight from school into the industry and has over 16 years of experience in carpentry, construction & project management. This coastal upbringing and dedication to quality are the foundations of Bancs today.
